Currently Craving: Loeffler Randall Sarie

I saw these a couple of days ago on Loeffler Randall's Instagram and instantly fell in love. I have a penchant for strappy sandals and these are a must have for this spring and summer. I don't usually like gold but this is a major exception because they are just so adorable and will go with anything. Not to mention I love toe straps, odd I know. Available at Loeffler Randall for $175!!

Favorite: The Kitchen

My family moves around an abnormal amount of times. This summer my parents will be leaving our current location to move to Atlanta, Georgia. We are all really excited but still a little sad to leave our home. We're all cooks in the family and believe the kitchen is the most important room in the house. So when looking at houses we all check to see what the kitchen looks like first, if it has a bad kitchen we don't even bother to look at the other photos. So here's an ode to some pretty perfect kitchens.

The Carrie Diaries

While I'm still mourning the loss of Gossip Girl, CW knew they needed to create a show to fill the empty space in GG fans hearts so they brought us The Carrie Diaries. Sure, it wasn't that dramatic but The Carrie Diaries did replace Gossip Girl's spot on Monday nights. While there have only been two episodes, each one has been great. Anna Sophia Robb is the perfect little Carrie Bradshaw and I love all the 80's throwback scenes of NYC and the crazy 80's clothes. Not to mention Sebastian, played by Austin Butler, is pretty attractive. So what do all of you think of The Carrie Diaries, will you be watching tonight?

Simple Favorite: Risotto

Risotto has been one of my favorite side dishes since I was a little girl. It's rich and creamy and oh so yummy! Some people have never tried to so this recipe post is just for y'all!

- 1 cup Risotto
- 1 3/4 cup Chicken Stock {Swansons}
- 1 medium onion {diced}
- A pat of butter

Optional Items:
- Milk
- Pepper
- Parsley
- Parmesan Cheese

Dice the onion || Place onions and butter into non-stick pan || Sautee onions || Add dry risotto || Cook for minute || Add 1/2 cup chick stock & let simmer || Once it simmers down a little more stock || Optional: At this point you can add a splash of milk to make it extra creamy -- and a shake of parsley,  pepper, and some parmesan cheese of course || Stir throughly || Serve || Quite simple if you ask me....

It's a very versatile dish for you can add carrots, peas, seafood or really anything to it!

Currently Craving: Mara Hoffman

Mara Hoffman has done it again.

With Spring Break approaching the search for the perfect bikini is on. The straps have to be thin or no straps at all, the bottom must cover my bottom, the side buckles (if applicable) must not hurt, and it must fit right. Oh and a killer print is what I'm looking for. Currently these are my top two.

Cardigans || Weekend Wear

When you think of cardigans what do you think of? I used to immediately think of the cast of The Help or the ones my grandmother wears. I purchased a simple black one this fall and have slowly been incorporating it into my weekend wear. For cool weather there really isn't anything better.

Here's my weekend outfit on repeat. All it needs is a black cardi and some leather loafers.

Currently Craving...

This necklace has been in my cart for a long while now... it comes in three great colors but I just can't decide which one to chose! I'm currently leaning towards the cream or turquoise one. The chunky stones are so fun and can spruce up any outfit!

Colored Leather

Colored leather has been making its rounds this season. I first saw blogger Bradley Agather from Luella & June wear an amazing green Kelly Wearstler jacket and since then I've seen colored leather jackets on celebs ranging from Courtney Cox to Nicole Richie. While celebs have taken a liking to Iro jackets, I just can't get enough of Jackson jackets.

They are available at Revolve Clothing and I seriously can't take my eyes off of that scrumptious Oxblood color. Le sigh. So, are colored leather jackets too trendy or are they a must have?

Here is the link to Ms. Agather's fabulous look... Layered Basics

Printed Pants

3.1 Phillip Lim
Theory
Printed Pants are popping up everywhere these days! Fortunately for me, I love printed pants, especially soft silk ones. Late last fall I bought my first pair and every time I've worn them I've gotten a double take followed by a compliment. They really are fun pieces to own! I'm currently craving these 3.1 Phillip Lim and Theory ones! So, what are your thoughts on Printed Pants?
The ones below are the ones I purchased... What do you think?
