Almost Done





















































Sorry for the lack of posts this week, but I have finals next week! Yep, you heard me right, I'm that close to being done with my first year of college. It's crazy how fast time flies. Having said that, I won't be posting too much next week either, but after that I'm all yours. There will be lots of posts this summer!

Bronzer Season






























































Since the temperatures are rising and having ghost white skin is frowned upon, I thought I'd round up ten of the best bronzers out there! Using a bronzer or daily bronzing lotions are a better, not to mention safer, alternative to tanning. I personally use Bare Minerals because it doesn't break out my sensitive skin. As for tanning lotions, I swear by St. Tropez. It doesn't have a strong smell and really leaves you with a glow the next day.

Sparkle





































I'm back! This post was originally intended for yesterday, but I ended up forgetting my laptop on my trip and my phone died so there wasn't a way for me to post it!

Confession. I spend way too much time on Pinterest and when you do that you see a lot of the same thing. I have seen embellished sandals too many times for them not to be on TBB so here they are making their debut. 

Trendy? Yes. Something I'd wear? Not sure. Something I think looks great on the right person? Most definitely.

TGIF. This week has flown by! However, it's been jam packed and rather stressful for me, so I'm oh so happy to see the weekend. (I know I'm not the only one.) Loren Hope

After seeing Liz, sport lots of Loren Hope baubles lately, I thought I'd head over to Loren's site to see her full collection. To say I fell in love is an understatement, Loren's pieces are bright, cheery and can easily be paired with most anything. I was also pleasantly surprised by her pricing! While she does have some pieces that reach over $200 to $450, many if not the majority of her line is under $100! TBB most definitely approves!

Your Choice





































Two pairs of shorts, similar print, very different prices. So what are you going to do; are you going to splurge or save? I personally am going to save because I honestly like the Zara print more than the Rebecca Taylor. Also, the Zara shorts having a matching blazer available and I love a good short suit. Either way these are great shorts and perfect for this time of year.

Steven Lanii Espadrilles







































I've talked about my love for these shoes once before, but it wasn't a whole post, which means it wasn't enough. These are the shoes I want for spring and I can't stop thinking about them. I mean they're absolutely adorable for under $100! I'm thinking about getting the leopard pair (note: they've sold out multiple times on shopbop) or maybe the black to keep it classic and simple... or maybe both? I have a terrible problem when it comes to deciding on clothes/shoes- so many options, what's a girl to do?! Nevertheless, I think all of you should consider getting a pair because I don't think it's a purchase you'd regret.

Gnarly





















































Ripped jeans are in, but are they here to stay? That's something I'm not too sure of, but I do know that they're always around and available. This year they just happen to be abundant. Bloggers, celebrities (queen of jeans, Jessica Alba), Olivia Palermo and everyday people seem to all be sporting some kind of ripped jeans. Whether it's a skinny style or baggy boyfriend style, it's in. I have a pair of ripped flare jeans (very early 2000's) from Joes that I bought a couple years ago and I'm really thinking it's time I wear them again. Thoughts? Fest Ready





















































The first weekend of Coachella kicks off this weekend so I thought I'd put together a festival inspired post. Oh how I wish I was going to Coachella... one day I will! All of these picks are what I'd wear to it or really any outdoor festival. Last year I went to Jazz Fest in New Orleans and wore an easy Free People top and printed shorts- but really anything flies at festivals.

Facial Sunscreen





















































Last week I was at the beach (as many of you know) and while the temperatures were in the high sixties with strong wind, I was able to spend a few days laying out. I've always been taught to lather on sunscreen with a high SPF (thanks mom!). Each time I went to the beach I put on "dermatologist recommended/approved" facial sunscreen and after each application my face broke out! (major bummer) The sunscreen I put on was oil-free so I guess it was better than normal sunscreen, but I'm still on the hunt for a good facial sunscreen. So, I'm curious do any of you have a favorite sunscreen? I'd love to hear! I recently purchased Elta MD, but I've yet to use it. Do any of you use it? Help a sista out.

In Store


















































If you follow me on Instagram then you know that I went to J.Crew last week and might have done some damage. There isn't a J.Crew in Tuscaloosa (terrible, I know) so it had been awhile since I had been in one and I fell in love all over again. Online shopping is just not the same as going into the store and seeing and more importantly feeling the clothes. I walked away with a few sweaters, tops and a coverup and was left admiring their sandals. 

Their sandals are simple and easy... just the way I like my shoes! I personally love the Callie Sandal and hinted to my mom that I would like them for my birthday! Do you have a favorite? I'd love to hear! Happy April everyone!
